Shipping Policy

We ship with Australia Post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once your order is placed and paid, your order will be packed and shipped within 2 working days.

Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Standard Australia Post shipping times apply. All orders (excluding refill only orders) are tracked and you will receive an email with your tracking number once we have dispatched your order. You can track your item via the Australia Post website or app.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Post: $9 flat rate Australia wide. FREE on orders over $69.95
• Express Post: $15 flat rate Australia wide

International

We ship to the UK, Canada and the United States. Shipping costs start from AUD $17.50 and will be calculated at checkout. We ship using Australia Post International Standard Shipping. Australia Post advises delivery times to the UK, Canada and United States range from 6 to 9 business days.
